At Purple Hearts, we do not offer refunds on any products once the order is placed.

Exchange Policy

We provide exchange only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item should be free from damage or alteration

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items returned after the exchange window

  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
